A small step back into the water
We are so excited to be re-opening the Club on 12 July.
Things will be different. We can only have 5 members and 1 coach per session so we will be running three sessions each Sunday.
8.45am – Peer paddle set off
9am – 12.30pm – Improvers / advanced
9.30am – 12pm – Beginners
10am – 11.30am – Juniors/novice
As soon as we have a coach confirmed for each session we will add it to the Events calendar so that you can login and book.
Inevitably, there will need to be some flexibility over timings and the content of sessions as we all work out how this new system will run. So please come along ready to be cooperative and patient!
Everyone will need to observe social distancing both on and off the water. If there is a safety issue, then the session coach will take a judgement on the necessary actions.
The Barn and equipment
Coaches and assigned helpers will get out all equipment and bring it onto the slipway. All equipment will be sanitised between each session.
There will be NO access to the changing facilities in the Barn.
You will be able to use the toilet in the Barn but it will be one-in one-out access to the toilet area.
Parking
Some of you may have seen how busy the car park is at the moment. We will not have access to the small car park in front of the Barn. Therefore, even if you are coming for a late session you might need to be down earlier in order to get a parking space.
We will need to revise the plans for our Club Sessions in line with any new Government guidance so please bear with us.
