Dave joined the Club in 2017 and hasn’t looked back! An adrenaline junkie at heart — with a background in water-skiing — he’s always up for a bit of surf or a big adventure. As a Paddlesport Instructor, Dave brings that passion alongside patience and kindness, helping new paddlers grow in confidence while fostering their love for the sport. His greatest passion lies in sea kayaking, and we’re fortunate he makes the most of our stunning location, frequently leading (relatively) confident paddlers on trips to the lighthouse or along the coastline toward Eastbourne. If you’re up for the ride, Dave’s the person to talk to! Dave also holds up-to-date first aid and safeguarding training and holds a current and relevant DBS check, ensuring a safe and welcoming experience for everyone.
