Join us for a CVCC family camping trip to Boathouse Farm Camp Site, Barcombe over the bank holiday weekend in August.
There is access on to the river for a paddle or a swim. We will have Club Coaches / Leaders there on the Friday and Saturday so if you would like to borrow a club kayak please complete an equipment form for use on these days. Sunday and Monday would be peer paddling with your own equipment. You should have your own waterways licence for this, as this part of the river is past the tidal limit (a licence is included with a British Canoeing membership).
This will be an informal weekend with a few relaxed paddles for those who want to.
The campsite allow tents only, no Campervan’s or caravans.
You can hire fire pits and buy logs and there are showers, toilets and washing up facilities on the site.
The cost is £17.00 per person per night – cars are £5.00 per night (to park in the car park not next to tents).

They have reserved us some pitches over the weekend of 27/08, 28/08, 29/08 and have given the following instructions:
Please book the dates 23rd August onwards for the required number nights – and in the additional request section state the actual days you want with the words CVCC. We will then move the booking to those dates. This is because there is one night that has reduced availability which will stop you booking.
Please also book your space with us below, so that we know who is coming along, but please note that this does not confirm your booking, you must book directly with the campsite to ensure they have enough spaces.
