This award is the next step after Paddle Discover. Explore focuses on developing your skills as an independent paddler.
CVCC has developed a curriculum for the award that suits our water and enables members to develop their skills, awareness of the paddling environment and decision-making.
Our coaches will lead you through training and assessment over two sessions so you need to be able to attend both Sundays. The dates are 11th September and 9th October.
The award can be done in a kayak, SUP or canoe.
Cost is £35 per person which covers both parts of the Award. Please book below.. This Award is only open to Members as we subsidise the cost by our coaches providing their time free as volunteers.
