☀️ Sunday Club Sessions with CVCC 🚣♀️🛶🏄
Paddle into your weekend with us every Sunday morning, April to October!
Whether you’re into kayak, canoe, or SUP, our volunteer coaches run a variety of sessions to suit all abilities and interests — and it’s all completely free for members!
🗓️ When & Where?
Every Sunday morning (April–October)
Arrive by 9:00 AM at the Barn (you’ll beat the parking rush at Seven Sisters!)
On the water by 9:30 AM
Finish around 12:30 PM — followed by boat washdown and a friendly post-paddle cuppa ☕
🛁 Facilities available: Changing rooms and hot showers at the Barn.
🧭 What to Expect
When you arrive, simply sign up for a craft — no booking needed!
Our coaches assess the weather, tide, and turnout before deciding what sessions to run. This could include:
- Beginner paddles on the Meanders
- River trips up or down the Cuckmere
- Surf sessions to the sea
- SUP skills & fun
- Canoe skills
- General paddling & skills development
Please note: You may not always get your first-choice discipline, but we’ll do our best to get everyone paddling safely and enjoyably.
