Members: Book to bring a friend along.
Members can bring a non-member along on a Sunday. All kit (apart from a wet suit) is provided by the Club.
You can bring along any friend, aged 8+, but each non-member can only attend a total of 2 sessions per year (to meet our insurance criteria).

The idea is that, as the Member, you will be responsible for looking after your friend: getting them signed into a session and getting them kitted up. The coaches will, of course, be on hand to support both you and your friend.
