New to paddling? This morning course will give you the knowledge and skills to paddle more safely.
The course covers 4 key modules:
- Equipment
- Environmental factors
- Planning
- Rescues
It is recommended that all new members do this course. It is free as part of your membership and can be completed in this coach-led single session.
You can complete this course in kayak, paddleboard or canoe.
