Peer paddles are not led by a coach. Any member can organise a peer paddle and each member on the trip is responsible for themselves. So, please assess the details of the paddle and decide if you have the skills. Do ask a coach at the Club if you are not sure.
Members can hire Club boats for a peer paddle but you must complete an Equipment Loan Form and email it to cvcc@cvcc.org.uk
You will need to sort out collecting and transporting the boat. Contact the committee at cvcc@cvcc.org.uk for access to the Barn.
Lewes Fireworks
This paddle is a chance to see the ever-popular Lewes Fireworks from the water. The tides should be in our favour, making it a relatively easy paddle there and back.]
We will be paddling from Southease. Please be there by 8pm so we are on the water for 8.30pm. We expect to be back for midnight.
Bring a head-torch, hot drink, snack and weather-appropriate clothing.
