Try it out session: £15 per person
This is a chance for non-members to give kayaking a try before joining the club. You will go out on the water with one of our Coaches and enjoy a friendly session paddling around the meanders.
You will need to be at the Barn for 6pm and the session will be finished by 8pm.
The kayaks, paddles, helmets, buoyancy aids and cagoules are are all provided, but we do not provide wetsuits, so please wear suitable clothing and footwear that you are happy to get wet!
At the moment due to Covid restrictions, the changing facilities in the Barn are closed, so please arrive ready.
There is a small car park with limited parking next to the barn, at the back of the main pay and display car park, or otherwise there should be plenty of spaces available in the pay and display car park.
If you decide to join our club after your session, please email info@cvcc.org.uk and we will send you a code so that the £15 is taken off your membership fee.
The sessions are open to all paddlers aged 8+. If you are bringing a child who is aged 8-12 then a parent/carer will need to be on the water with them or at the Barn throughout the session. Any Junior (under 18 years old) paddling will need to bring along a completed Junior Consent Form.
